Graduate students Eduardo Gonzalez and Harrison Martin have done some great outreach over the past few days. They participated in the First Thursday, September 5th, and Brian Yanites has a student scheduled to meet about majoring in our department who found us through that event.
Then on Sunday, September 8th, they (along with Quinn Lewis and Steve Scott) participated in the City of Bloomington’s first Dronepalooza. The EAS Geomorphology Group's drone was featured on the front page of the Herald Times (HTO link). And there were some great action shots (and a youtube video!) published by the Bloomingtonian (click for link).
The College of Arts
