Course Description

P: EAS-E 222 or GEOL-G 222. The petrogenesis of igneous and metamorphic rock. Both the lecture and laboratory portions of the course will stress the application of modern petrographic, mineralogic, geochemical and phase equilibria techniques to the solution of relevant petrologic problems. Credit given for only one of EAS-E 418 or GEOL-G 418
